Library. Cruisy toilets on the second and main floor. "The action is usually college aged boys, but does include some professors and a few older guys from around town. The action starts mid-morning and picks up around noon til 4 pm. Plus there is limited action at night (usually between 7 and 9 pm). Another place for action is in the student union, main and second floor men's room."

University of North Dakota, Grand Forks

Chester Fritz Library at University Avenue and Columbia Road. Many college guys meet at the library bathroom next to the reference section. Messages are left on the wall, plus action does sometimes happen in one of the private stalls.

The men's bathroom on the main floor of Memorial Union gets pretty cruisy during the weekdays, usually starting about 11:30, and lasting until 2:00 pm. Not much action in the bathroom itself, but meeting college guys is pretty easy. Campus security doesn't care if you are a student or not, and do not ask for an ID.
