William (Wild Bill) McKechnie was ordered suspended from practice by the ND Disciplinary Board several months ago and his appeal  is scheduled for Oral Argument: 10/15/2003  02:45pm . McKechnie, now has a Virtual Online Office and is a financial advisor for New England Financial Group. A recent UND Law Professor, McKechnie previously ran for Grand Forks States Atty but withdrew after being criminally convicted for passing a bad check for $25 to Superpumper. (Ironically, even his own bank wouldn't extend this advisor $25 credit).
