Custodian Supervisor

I'm not only a UND graduate but a night custodian. I've been harassed through poor job evaluations ever since I became a whistle-blower two years ago. My supervisor comes into work and begins to do her job by take her smoke break just after she punches the time clock. Soon after she works on her hair, start her game of solitaire on her computer, or just have a rambling conversation with another female employee. This has been going on for as long as I've been in this area working probably longer. This is only the tip of the iceberg in regards to the type of activities that go on late at night or early in the morning. There's the female custodian at the Law School who has had several affairs since her employment at UND. Most of which occur within the buildings she cleans. Let's not forget the other four supervisors who I know of who carry on affairs on the job and away from the job. It doesn't matter to my supervisor how hard I work she continues to give me poor evaluations. One time I purposely did less work in preparation for my building inspection and she told me it looked a little better than last time. She even falsified another persons comment about me and signed that person's signature to it. To be honest I'm real tired of this kind of harassment. I know how hard I work and when I ask why she didn't put the positive comment I received from an instructor in my building she had no answer. This might just sound like drivel to some. But when you have a family to provide for and have to come into a work environment like this each night you keep looking for a way out, but I know I need this money and benefits for my family. I told my supervisor exactly how I felt at my yearly evaluation and that I felt like I was just wasting my time trying to talk to her about my evaluation since she can only see one viewpoint and narrow one it is.

In regards to Pilar Howard. A good worker she is. But that is about all that can be said for her. She still finds time to do other non-work related activities while on taxpayer money. In the past she has been caught in a darkened room along with another male custodian who does clean in her building. Last weekend she tried not to be seen with another male custodian who does work in her building. My family and were witnesses to her guilty actions and his. He turned and stared at my family all the way the down the hallway as we walked towards Kmart. I thought he was a little overly guilty by his actions. Pilar tried to swing around and tell him to go the other way but it was too late.
